Free Estimates

Call us for a free estimate. Estimates here are usually conducted by our managers, who will overseas all your business from start to finish. Estimates can be discussed over the phone, via fax or e-mail, and/or in the course of a survey at your residence. Every estimate will be followed with a written agreement form, reflecting all costs and services offered. All our written quotes include a "No other charges at destination" clause.

 

Professional Packing

When it comes to your belongings, we do our best. We have a professional crew of full time workers with experience ranging from five to fifteen years. We know what we are doing. We pack your breakables (i.e. lamps, pictures, and dishes...), and wrap your furniture. Upon your request we provide you with packing supplies for packing your personal belongings or with complete packing service. However, we find that people prefer to pack their personal belongings (i.e. clothing, books, toys, and linens...) themselves. It gives you a chance to sort things before the move and to save costs on the whole. We provide our teams with all the right tools to conduct their profession. In the course of our many years of operation we've developed unique packing techniques and materials, which you will not find elsewhere. Our warehouse is equipped with a modern crating facility, and personnel ready to build custom and standard size crates that withstand harsh voyages.

 

Storage

We provide you with enough storage time (up to three months) to accumulate your purchases at our warehouse before your move. This way, you can send your purchases directly from the suppliers to us. Upon their receipt we will inspect them, and inform you on a weekly basis of your inventory at our facility. Additional storage time for your purchases or your goods from home can be negotiated on an individual basis.

 

Packing into Lift Vans and/or Container

Usually we will schedule the closure of your goods for the same day of the house pickup. It is a long day, however, we find that people prefer to get it over with in one day. We invite you to witness the process and to inspect your purchases before they are packed. We will do our best effort to pack your shipment as tight as possible, without risking your goods. People always amazed by the professional way, and the speed, with which we conduct our packing process.

 

Import & Export Documentation

Every shipment going overseas bears with it a lot of paperwork on both ends of the ocean. We will prepare on your behalf all the export and shipping documents. If we provide you with Door service at your destination, we will process your documents with the destination customs authorities.

 

Shipping via Ocean or by Air

We use only reputable companies, which have reliable equipment and fleet of vessels and/or airplanes. Departures are weekly via ocean and daily by air. The length of voyage varies based on your final destination. We will time your shipment as best as possible to fit your needs.

 

Customs Clearance

When we provide you with Door service, in most cases you will not need to schlep yourself to the port. We will meet you to do the paperwork, and later handle it with customs. We will advise you in advance what documents you need to present and what fees are involved. Random customs inspections are possible. Per your request we will handle it for you, however, we do recommend that you'll witness it as well.

 

Door Delivery

When we provide you with Door service, and after your goods were released from customs, we will call you up to schedule a delivery. Our delivery teams are professional and courteous. A delivery means bringing your goods into you residence, and putting them in the rooms you want them to be in. You should think about it ahead of time, to avoid any confusion, and waste of time and energy at the delivery. Per your request, we will remove the cover from your furniture, and take the debris away. Our costs assume normal delivery conditions. We suggest that you alert us in advance when there are abnormal access conditions to avoid any inconvenience later.

 

Door to Door

This service includes receiving goods at our warehouse prior to your move. Providing you, free of charge, packing materials for your self-packing. Picking up goods from your residence, which includes complete or partial wrapping, based on your needs. Consolidation into lift vans and/or containers; Preparation of all voyage, export and insurance documents; Shipping to destination port via ocean or by air, based on your needs; Customs clearance at port of destination: In house delivery at destination;

 

Port to Door

This service includes receiving goods at our warehouse prior to your move. Providing you, free of charge, packing materials for your self-packing. Consolidation into lift vans and/or containers; Preparation of all voyage, export and insurance documents; Shipping to destination port via ocean or by air, based on your needs; Customs clearance at port of destination: In house delivery at destination;

 

Port to Port

This service includes receiving goods at our warehouse prior to your move. Providing you, free of charge, packing materials for your self-packing. Consolidation into lift vans and/or containers; Preparation of all voyage, export and insurance documents; Shipping to destination port via ocean or by air, based on your needs;

 

Door to Port

This service includes receiving of goods at our warehouse prior to your move. Providing you, free of charge, packing materials for your self-packing. Picking up goods from your residence, which includes complete or partial wrapping, based on your needs. Consolidation into lift vans and/or containers; Preparation of all voyage, export and insurance documents; Shipping to destination port via ocean or by air, based on your needs;

 

Split Shipment

A service which was developed to accommodate needs of new immigrants to Israel to split their shipment for immediate delivery and long term storage, while considering it one shipment for customs purposes. Basically, we will handle it as two separate shipments for the same customer, while making sure they both enter Israel on the same vessel. Then, one will be delivered immediately, and the other, when you are ready to take it out of the Jewish Agency's free storage. Their storage is not the mini type storage you are familiar with. You can only retrieve all or nothing. Therefore, you need to consider ahead of time what you need where, and to pack and mark it accordingly. The split shipment solution can apply, in a similar manner, for you, when you ship to other destinations than Israel.
